I’ve always loved detailing my car, but I never thought about turning it into a business—until my small group leader encouraged me to give it a shot. He became my first client, and that’s how Shine Patrol was born.

It all started as Slava’s Car Detailing, but as I wanted to build a brand, I rebranded it to Shift & Shine. At that point, I wasn’t sure exactly what I was doing, but I knew I wanted to create something bigger. That’s when I decided to plan better and take some free business classes to learn how to scale my business properly. Now, I have fully rebranded to Shine Patrol, a name that represents my vision for professionalism, quality, and long-term success.

I started small, taking on customers as they came, and building my skills and reputation. As business slowed down, I shifted my focus to Domino’s, the job that was bringing in steady money. That summer was a grind—I was working nonstop between Domino’s, my detailing business, and DoorDash. Eventually, I needed a break. Then, life threw me a curveball: I got into an accident and lost some of my detailing supplies. That forced me to step back and focus on Domino’s full-time. During that period, I studied business, learned more about management, and worked my way up to a management position at Domino’s.

Now, with more experience, knowledge, and a better strategy, I’m coming back stronger than ever. This time, I have a clear vision for Shine Patrol—not just as a detailing business, but as a brand that stands out, grows, and dominates the industry. I’ve developed a better plan, improved my business structure, and invested in the right tools to ensure top-tier service for every customer.

This is just the beginning. Shine Patrol isn’t just about cleaning cars—it’s about creating a high-end detailing experience, building a trusted brand, and setting a new standard in mobile detailing. The road ahead is big, and I’m ready to take it on full force. I don’t ever want to work a day in my life, and with Shine Patrol, it’s not a job—it’s my passion.
